Responsible for UX design of Ericsson IoT Connected Vehicles, a cloud platform connecting over 20 million vehicles across 150 countries.

My role was to provide simple and flexible UX solutions for complex issues, and ensure the usability of final deliverables. I applied Ericsson Design System to the product, and helped iterate the design system based on practical insights.

In addition to the Connected Vehicles product, we also designed a mobile demo app and a Vehicle Simulator to help our potential customers gain an intuitive understanding of how our connectivity capability enhance the vehicle end-user's experience.
